Three operating companies: Altiora Capital SA in Panama, Valkyrie Capital Partners SA in Geneva and ALF Services UAB in Lithuania, all owned by SwissChain Holding SA.
- Altiora Capital SA operates the One Stop Shop for digital assets; it is wholly owned by SwissChain Holding SA.
- Valkyrie Capital Partners SA advises and coordinates issuers that tokenise their securities.
- ALF Services UAB provides customer onboarding and digital-asset accounting software.
