What are SwissChain participation certificates?
They are participation certificates of SwissChain Holding SA, issued as ledger-based securities and recorded on a digital register, as Swiss law has allowed since 2021 (art. 973d CO).
They carry the same financial rights as a traditional participation certificate, without voting rights, while the register is easier to keep and to check. See ledger-based security.
